The customer is responsible for all shipping charges and liability for lost or stolen packages. For your protection please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post. You will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by KOZA. Please note only the cost of the original item is refundable.
Payments will be refunded back to your original card or PayPal account, allow 5 business days time for processing upon receipt of your item and 5-7 business days time for the refund to clear your account.
If your return meets the requirements above please fill out the form included with your purchase and send back the items in sufficient packaging to avoid damage of goods in transit.
Returning Incorrect/Faulty Items
We will refund the cost of postage if the item you are returning was incorrectly sent or faulty. KOZA cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
We cannot hold stock for exchanges. In order to exchange your item please submit a new order online and return your original purchase following refund guidelines.
